During the summer Use-it opens a second information desk in the city center of Rotterdam. It is a service and information desks with combined information on Use-it information, JIP information (youth information point) and the YOUR WORLD activity program. Friday afternoon at 3.30pm there is a grand opening with live acts and music. Be Welcome.

FESTIVAL
The festival season will start pretty soon in Rotterdam. Rotterdam is well known cause of festivals which are going on during summertime!! On the Use-it website already some of the festivals during May and June:

We are just a 3 minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station. Leave the Station by the center exit. On your right-hand side you will see a big old office building ('Groothandelsgebouw'). Follow the fences, turn right at restaurant Engels on the corner of the building and the avenue called Weena. Just keep walking alongside the office building in a westerly direction. Keep going. Next you will pass a blue/green school building (Albeda College). Turn right at the corner. This is the Schaatsbaan. Now just keep walking straight on towards the railroad tracks. Now look on your left-hand side to see a yellow and black checkerboard building. That is the place to be. Welcome to Use-it!
